Ethico

This app was my response to a live brief by Good Creative, which I was required to design a brand or a product that works for the greater good. The Internet is responsible for the release of approximately one billion tons of greenhouse gases every single year. This is around 2% of all global CO2 emissions. And according to a study by McMaster University by 2040 ITC’s carbon emissions could account as much as 14%, which is roughly where the transportation industry is right now. Ethico is an app that tracks on real time the carbon footprint of the internet.
