GIRLvsCANCER is a space to amplify all cancer experiences. Whether woman, femme, they / them. We are a support space by the community, for the community. And we don't play by the rules. I founded GIRLvsCANCER during my own cancer diagnosis in 2016 where I struggled to connect with young adults like me. Everything was cancer land is clinical, cold and aimed at those at a more advanced life stage. It didn't speak to me at all. Five years on GIRLvsCANCER is a bedrock of the UK cancer community and has raised tens of thousands for cancer charities as well as picking up some awards along the way. We have and are changing the dialogue and perception around the disease by empowering humans not hero-ing hospital numbers. We're the coolest club you never wanted to join. For 2021 GIRLvsCANCER has upgraded with a new brand identity by Phantom, updated online platform launching in November and renewed purpose. Are YOU with us?
