'Good Night Mister Tom' Book Cover

A book cover project designed for the Penguin competition. 'Goodnight Mister Tom' is a novel that includes two contrasting locations, London and the countryside. I wanted to capture this element in my design, keeping my palette cool and tranquil in the countryside, yet fierce in the sky to signify the looming war.
