We’re thrilled to announce that The Dots has partnered up with Google on a new programme: Fast Track 50! Over six months, we’ll fast track the careers of 50 industry ready rising stars – ensuring they land opportunities regardless of challenges set by socio-economic background.
With a helping hand from nine incredible diversity organisations (see list below), we have selected 40 industry-ready rising stars that have already had mentorship or training. An additional 10 rising stars have been chosen via an open application process on The Dots.
The Dots will now work in partnership with Google, giving the chosen 50 unrivalled access to industry contacts and opportunities through a series of networking and speed recruitment events.
Our aim at the end of the programme is for each of the 50 rising stars to walk away with the job, contacts and career path of their dreams.
We fully recognise that there is no quick fix to the problem of socio-economic diversity within the industry. However, we see this program as an actionable step in the right direction that will hopefully change the lives of the 50 trailblazers.
