About me
Hello! I'm Ayumi, a facilitator based in London. I design inclusive workshops and digital installations, and have lots of experience supporting young under-represented creatives to access the creative and digital industries. I've worked with people like A New Direction, Somerset House, The Roundhouse, Spitalfields Music, Sound Connections, and through Create Jobs ran projects with It's Nice That, GreyLondon, Wieden+Kennedy, Worldwide FM, Made by Many, D&AD and other digital consultancies. I am interested in all things digital, diversity, culture and education so get in touch if you'd like to work together!

The team is led by these young researchers, reporters, editors and hosts who produce the podcast themselves with support from the Somethin' Else team. To kick off the project I co-designed and delivered a weekend of team bonding and training around production skills. After this the
