Full responsibility and accountability of the e-commerce photography department, this includes:
- Art direction on set, including making all key decisions around photography e.g. hair and makeup and lighting
- Outfit and still life styling on set
- Model casting and selection
- Sample management; ensuring products are released on time with relevant and brand appropriate imagery
- Management of all required external relationships including freelance creatives
- Completing requirements within the seasonal pre determined budgets
Full responsibility and creative direction of seasonal creative shoots, this includes:
- Concept creation based on brand marketing calendar
- Prop sourcing and styling
- Lighting and set sign off
- Model casting and selection, with sign off by Photography Manager
- Close work with graphics team to decide design and layout online
- Imagery in this area has resulted in the highest ever engagement on Instagram
Plan and produce creative imagery for the bi-annual, printed, Jigsaw magazine. This would include a mix of studio and location photography in fashion, lifestyle and still life.
Biggest personal achievement of the role was taking on all responsibilities of the Photography Manager during a 1-year maternity leave simultaneously to the Art Director & Stylist role. This included creative direction and execution of two seasonal campaigns, AW17 and SS18, both abroad location shoots.
Another achievement was introducing in house still life photography (previously outsourced and limited) resulting in hitting new engagement targets on social media platforms and the continuation of still life photography in future seasons.

Worked with several of Seventy7’s key accounts, primarily Jigsaw, to create inspiring, on-trend and brand appropriate images over a variety of sets including model, mannequin and still life.
This included managing the client-agency relationship on set and providing high quality styling solutions for a range of products, as well as training and supporting a team of 8 stylists.
Success in this role led to being approached by Jigsaw to work in house permanently.
