All by myself – again… A workshop to help you stay focused, motivated and connected whilst working from home 30 Dec OR 12 Jan - 12.30-1.30pm

If you’d like a way to make the most of the return to working from home or to stop and take a fresh look at how you’re managing to stay connected focused and motivated, then please come along to this free workshop designed to give you that very space: All by myself - a Creative group journaling workshop.

This is also a great chance to experience the value of Creative group journaling if you want a new and fun way to support well-being, team-building and more in your organisation - whilst giving yourself some valuable ‘you’ time.

Creative group journaling is for everyone; no experience, grammar or spelling is required. We use writing simply as a tool to access deeper levels of ourselves. Creativity is also not required, though you may rediscover your long-lost creativity along the way – people often do. So, back to the workshop. You’ll write from guided prompts around the themes of connection, focus and motivation, which you’ll then share in pairs (only whatever you’re comfortable with,) and then you’ll come back to share themes that arose in the larger group, before doing the same again. It really is that simple, but the results of this time of self-reflection can be significant.

You’ll come away feeling focused, with some lovely headspace, a sense of connection, and an idea or two about how you can improve things for yourself. You may just have enjoyed yourself too - imagine.

The workshop is one hour long and will be run on twice on:

If you can’t attend on any of these dates and are interested in Creative group journaling, I also run a free monthly introduction. Go to https://www.cpsdayoff.com/writeforyourlife for more information.

This is a rare chance to open your mind up and explore – yourself and your life, connect to others and most importantly, to yourself.

If you have any accessibility issues when it comes to writing and sharing, please let me know and we’ll work out a way for you to take part. Cpsdayoff@gmail.com
