  • Writing any work has always caused fear in me. In addition to grammatical errors, I made other inaccuracies. After that I turned to the statement of purpose writing service https://www.sopservices.net/ to write my dissertation and a few essays. Thus, I not only saved my time. But I also saved myself from unnecessary information that is unlikely to be useful to me.

  • I would give a very general tip - be honest. May seem obvious, but we get stressed writting official documeents. Being hones will make you feel comfortable when writing and in addition it will feel natural for the person reading the letter. I would also add - be precise. Make sure you writte about things that are meaningful from the perspective of someone who can hire you/will work with you. It doesn't mean to show only the professional skills - bringing a short egzample of a situation which underline the value you may bring to a project/brand/cooperation etc. may have a big impact. As you are a graphic designer - personaly, I allways break the pattern in visual aspects of CV/Covers Letter - I make it different, break the layout, add something catchy for the eye, make sure it's stands out to bring attantion to the content. Good luck :)
  • Thank you so much! The tips will definitely be helpful :)
  • Hi Rohan,

There have been many a cover letter that has crossed my desk in the last 15 years! But in recent years it's been very refreshing to see some innovation - I've received so many exciting applications which have been a far cry from the standard word doc... I have had video cover letters on email which not only showcased their skills and but applied for the job all in one go. If you are a graphic designer, why not send in your work or a boldly designed letter, it could be the perfect way to catch someone's eye.

Call me old-fashioned but I also think the beauty of a handwritten letter never fails to impress. It's thoughtful and shows the care and attention to detail you have as a candidate - also it breaks the mould...!
