Anybody with set-building experience got some time to let me pick their brains?

My D&D podcast is refreshing our look for season two.
So far we've just had a green screen spread behind the cast, but we're wanting to create more of a tavern vibe.
Brickwork/exposed beams/an arch for the DM.
I've put a picture of High Rollers as an example of the vibe we're looking for.
I know you can achieve a fairly good 'brick' look by painting with sponges, but I've never tried making fake wooden beams before.
Would love to hear from those in the know on how to achieve this without breaking the bank & with a slim profile as the studio isn't the biggest space.
