Anyone work for fb or Instagram? My fb profile has been disabled but my Instagram is still linked to the fb business page and I can’t Log in

Been over a year and I’m so desperate to unlink the business page with the Instagram so I can link another

I did this from settings section under both platforms. I was locked out of my fb, so created a new one, disconnected the old one from instagram under the 'linked accounts' section, and then re-connected with my new fb business profile. I assume you already tried this?
