I work as Partnerships Manager for SICofficial.com which works with people with disabilities and chronic illnesses to give them a step on the career ladder and digital skills.

There are 14.1 million disabled people in the UK, and many many more with chronic illnesses but unfortunately most employers are ableist by design with long hours and limited flexibility.

We create a hire-to-train model that employs someone for 6 months in a paid position in roles such as editorial, digital marketing, and online community management so that they gain vital work experience in skills that tend to afford more flexibility.

We're looking for sponsors for these traineeships (circa £10-12k) as well as sponsors for monthly events that will be beginning this Autumn.
