Does anyone have advice on writing newsletters or building up a mailing list?
I have a landing page but it’s kinda static... any advice?

- I've seen all of the replies and they are great, one really quick and easy way to build up a mailing list is to do a giveaway, run it on a few ads on social media and make the requirments of entering to sign up to the mailing list, just like that many people will sign up!
- You need a strong subject line to encourage decent open rate and subsequent CTR. Your landing page is very important and is going to determine engagement /dwell time and click through to other parts of the site. People will click away immediately if it's not compellling or relevant. Use your social pages to encourage sign-up to the newsletter.

- Use Mailchimp! It's the best free tool to deal with Newsletters and Mailing Lists. Also they provide a lot of insights that can definitely be useful for you!
- Clear, concise, engaging content reflecting your brand’s identity and values.The topics need to be interesting & thought-provoking, so it would be a good idea to first check-in with your followers and really get to know them — as suggested below.
- Consistency - just get something going regularly, it can always be tweaked.Break it up into blocks of content, don't forget to make it visual, fun and where possible - something worth sharing!when getting started might want to make your confirmation email a question about what they'd like to see... helps you connect and make more content
