Exhibition Opportunity!! - FREE Entry Pause for Thought in collaboration with ArtatWork

Original Magazine is excited to announce our first physical exhibition of 2022 in collaboration with ArtatWork. The theme Pause for Thought centres around wellbeing and mental health, which can be interpreted in many wonderful and creative ways. We are excited to see how you respond to this open call and how your artwork has helped you or those around you.

The aim for this exhibition is to continue to bring awareness around mental health, and the connection it has with the creative industry. Looking after our wellbeing and mental health has never been more important. We want the communities’ voices to be heard and their stories to be seen in a safe space that celebrates the way that creatives respond to the world and their emotions.

"ArtatWork is a not for profit Community Interest Company who offer arts activities as a means of promoting wellbeing. We encourage people to rediscover their creativity, in a fun and collaborative way, thus increasing good mental health. At ArtatWork, we believe that everyone has the potential to be creative (and we haven’t been proved wrong yet!). We create fun and relaxing art sessions with a focus on improving mental health and wellbeing, to a wide range of sectors, including private businesses, charities, community groups, councils and festivals.” - Melanie & Holly, ArtatWork

As always, we encourage artists from all disciplines and levels to submit to this opportunity whether you are a student, emerging freelance creative, a working professional in the industry, or if you simply enjoy making artwork! We want to see and hear from photographers, bookmakers, painters, sculptors, illustrators, designers and much more.

The exhibition itself will be held at the Shoe Factory in Norwich from the: 20th - 27th May 2022

**Please note, this open call is for those residing in the UK only**
