Hello! Could someone please help a designer out?
I really lack a feedback from someone who has been in the field for a good amount of time. What work should i focus on to be able to get a job. Good advice and reference point would be much appriciated.

- @sevinj abbasova That's so frustrating when a job requires experience but you can't get the experience to get the job. OY! hahaOften, job postings aren't even made public. There may be FB or Slack groups that you can join to get the heads up on jobs before they go public. For me, Ladies Get Paid has had some interesting leads. However you identify, you may be able to find a similar group :)
- @L W I work mainly with branding, so yes i would really like to grow in this area. I would prefer to work for an agency. I've sent my CV and portfolio to many companies and agencies, 90% of them would reject because i don't have at least one year of expirience on such position. And in one case i got rejected because quote "Not enought creativity". Thank u for replying, questions that you asked made me actually stop and reconsider what exactly i want to work with.
- What type of work do you do? Do you want to work for a specific industry or type of client? Do you want to work in-house for an agency or freelance?What are your challenges? (ex: you're applying for jobs but getting rejections)
