    Hi Trepa Studio,

    I agree with Tanel S regarding the navigation menu being hard to navigate and making the Keep Going an anchor link. You also really need to check out how the site looks on a mobile - there are a few spacing issues between each content section, the grid doesn't disappear behind the 'Trepa Studio is more than...' section making it difficult to read, and the image under the About us button link is cut off.

    There are a few grammatical errors and sentences that are hard to read e.g. 'Trepa aims getting to higher places, especially with some teammates.'
    'Thinking on how we can make your ideal world a reality too?' - could change to 'Wondering how we can make...'
    'Elevating the design of your business requires a trustful partner.' - should be trusted partner.
    'Getting higher results means getting into some climbing action. “Trepa” is the Portuguese word for climbing.' - swap the sentences around, Trepa should be explained earlier.
    Higher results and higher places are used a lot but aren't particularly useful as keywords. You could swap out a few of the instances with more meaningful keywords like reaching company goals/objectives. Also, include more links with your text for seo/customer journey.

    You could think about including a bio for each of you on the about page to give people more of an idea of who they would be working with.

    You might want to consider putting how you can help clients above the section on which kind of clients you would ideally like to work with. The value you can offer the user is more important than who you want to work with. It's definitely useful to have a target audience in mind but you might want to reconsider stating who you'd prefer to work with as you don't want to put people off who don't quite fit that brief.

    1) It is not really clear what do you offer at first
    2) Loader is half transparent and then some copy is visible twice with different capital letter. This kind of small things will make it look unfinished.
    3) I do like the logo animation. As the illustration is 3 dimensional and whole site has much details I would like to see something more crazy there. Height lines moving separatelt or letters etc.
    4) Keep going could be a anchor link
    5) UX problem but finding navigation menu under + is bit hard as there are a lot of + symbols on the page. Also click area is small and you have to click on exact lines. When nav is opened ESC key could close it.
    6) White section with background grid. Text block doesn't align with the grid. OCD maybe but this kind of tiny details show the level of attention. From design studio personal site I would expect it to be perfect.
    7) I don't find good rythim in typography.
    8) I feel that there is lack of consistency between elements and layout.
    9) Tools section. Pointless UX to have thouse badges clicable. There is enough room. Interactions like this doesn't help the user.
    10) Who is Trepa section. 2 images (1 file). Right image is few px over the border. This doesn't seem to be intentional. Again it shows lack of attention to details.
    11) Is this you / Ready. I don't understand why grid is smaller there. Or this smaller grid could be used everywhere. Lots of possibilities to play with interactive masks to reveal the grid etc.
    12) About. Text on red is hard to read. Light side gets the attention however it feels that there is not so important content.
    13) Work page scrolling animation is not really user friendly.
    14) I do like some projects and open project pages.
    15) It feels like every page is different site.
    16) If first work thumbnails are coming soon and later user has to click on specific logos it is bad UX.
    17) There is horizontal scroll on some open project pages.
    18) Next and previous buttons don't have enough margin.
    19) At the end there are a lot of interesting details but I still don't understand what is your value proposal or what TREPA could do the best.

    Personal opinion
    A) I think it looks rather busy and noisy and complex to understand
    B) Gradient is nice touch however some colours look muddy and I personally don't like it at all.
    C) I don't like buttons with colourful shadow. Is this you? Yeah - this button looks a lot better. Shadow as hover seems to work quite nicelly.
    D) I like overal playfulnes but I feel that a lot of potential is unused.
    E) As an example logo animation in footer looks nice.
