Hi all, I have recently update my fashion design portfolio and would love some constructive feedback. Jenniferyuen.myportfolio.com

I come from independent contemporary accessories and apparel. I’m currently working on a small trend analysis project to upskill, but would love to get some advice in the meantime on how to improve it to better my chances of landing another fashion design job, but with a larger company (open to different markets and levels). I’m also open to trend analysis/research, and e-commerce jobs 😀

  • @Kyron Adelphi thx for your feedback! I have a photo of Theresa May as I worked on a bespoke suit for her while working for a tailoring brand. We had no political affiliations but I can see what you are saying by people having certain ideas when it comes to political figures.
  • Hi Jennifer, just took a look. I’d say from a web presentation standpoint it would work well to have a cleaner layout of the projects you’ve worked on, atm the images aren’t cohesive. I’d say have the best image of the finished project then the client name underneath removing the keywords/role specifics (save that for the CV) also there’s an image of Teresa May? I’d say stay away from presenting political figures on your portfolio front page. Less is more sometimes. Great work :)
