Hi guys I’m looking for a part time sale assistant/ Jewellery consultant.

Question

Ritz diamonds - 15 vyse street, Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham,

Part time work mainly weekends saturday: 11:30-4:30. 
Sunday 12pm- 2pm. 
Potential requirement for weekday aswell.

Pay starting from £8.20. 
Bonus/commission may also be rewarded.

The sales assistant will be responsible for the following key accountabilities: 
• Achieve or exceed individual sales plan. 
• Utilize Strategic Selling skills to effectively identify client needs and close sales. 
• Deliver client service excellence through words and actions; Engage every client in an interaction that results in the highest level of client satisfaction. 
•Independently resolve all client issues up to the maximum level permitted.
Be able to be organised and keep on track of portfolio client orders.

Previous retail experience is required.

Jewellery Knowledge is beneficial but not required.
