Hi! I'm a recent illustration graduate working a retail job at the mo, but I just want to make money doing something creative! Any ideas?
Currently trying to side hustle a greeting's card business on Etsy but they're not taking off. I really just want to be doing anything creative but it's so hard to break into the 'career' world from working in retail, let alone getting a job in the creative industries. Any ideas on where to start post-graduation? I know its a process but I'm trying really hard and getting nowhere at the minute. Any input appreciated! :)

- Ho Scarlett! We've all been there so keep up with the positive vibe and sooner or later the wheel will start spinning. I would suggest you to set up your website or some kind of online portfolio. If you are on a tight budget, use some of the creative platforms. Behance is a good one for this. Also there are plenty of job board websites where you could apply for creative positions. Also, your inner circle is very likely to bring clients. Just make sure that everyone around you knows that you are looking for a creative job. Feel free to do me if you think I could help you with something else! All the best,
