Hi, I'm looking for an illustrator/ visual artist to illustrate my poetry collection - DM me if you're interested
I've put together a manuscript for my first poetry collection, which I am aiming to self-publish or publish via a publishing house in the next few months. It's divided into 3 sections: 'Presence', 'Rupture' and 'Mending' (working titles!) and I'm looking to work with an illustrator who could source artwork, for the cover of the collection and the title page of each section.
I write about a lot of different themes, but some of the main ones that come up across the collection are nature, inner healing, time, relationships, mental health, society and spirituality. I am pretty open to different kinds of illustration, and also can send over a sample of the manuscript or the whole thing if you'd like to have a flavour of my writing. Something floaty and ethereal sounds good image-wise...
