HOW GIANT ARE YOU? Wk 7: What we get so badly wrong about perseverance

So you're doing all the right things:

You're trying hard not to give up.

You're pushing through the high press each new day keeps bringing.

And you keep showing up.

Not only have you not left your post, you haven't crawled into bed pulling the duvet around your head.

People who need you can still rely on you.

You're still in the game.

And quite rightly, you feel proud of yourself. Because against all odds, you're being true to one of your most important values: loyalty.

But you're exhausted. You're worn out.

And you have no idea where the energy is going to come from for one more day of this.

Perseverance is never easy. But it should be rewarding.
So let's discuss a better way of keeping on keeping on.

Let's discuss how to do perseverance so that it fuels you instead of depletes you – making you feel bigger & not smaller inside.
