How satisfied have you been with your employer's support of yourself and/or colleagues during COVID-19?

I am really interested in hearing from employees from ALL sectors of work (whether working for big or small brands/companies) on the support, or lack of support they received from their employers during this pandemic. Kick-starting a conversation geared towards Brand &Company Accountability.

  • In the beginnning the support was all there. I am currently on a contract with a media firm and the support was there from the start. Salaries were paid, provisions were supplied to employees who could not afford basic food commodities and all that. Then this plague moved from one month to two months and three months in, the support just vanished from the higher ups just as it came. I guess they realised that they couldn't be feeding everyone for free. Salaries are still paid though.
