- Hi Alex,Thanks for your feedback. It’s a tough decision and I can’t help but thinking maybe I’m not with the right team on the right project at the moment. I also have business ideas in mind that I want to actualize however it’s been difficult to search and find a partner who can fund these ideas during the pandemic.All in all, I have valuable experience and skillset and knowledge as a result of it. It’s important for me to find the right fit. Maybe a place where I can work but still grow my ideas with ? - Hey Cemi,Interesting question!Only you can say! - but after a decade of work in one field, my advice would be to make sure you do everything in your power to find something that makes you happy, and brings you fulfillment.This is an obvious but important point.Very rarely do you get the chance to pivot in your life or career - so making something you truly want to get up and work on every single day should be a conscious decision!Alex
