I’m looking for a values-aligned partner to help me take this podcast to the next level - someone who believes, like I do, that help is not a weakness but a hidden superpower. That building help-fuelled cultures of support, openness and courage can change lives, workplaces, and communities.   And someone wanting to share in the growth, impact and commercial success.

Essentially a collaborator who can:
- Manage the podcast flow (production → publishing)
- Handle editing or coordinate an editor
- Create and schedule short-form content for socials
- Drive growth and audience engagement
- Help shape a monetization path (sponsors, products, etc.)
