- Tony's Chocolonely is a different level...But I suppose I'm biased! Seriously though, personal development fund, 'Typical Tony's' induction in Amsterdam, a big focus of healthy foods and exercise, bonuses for all sorts of wacky things (encouraged to have children!) Fab.
- The creative events and experiential marketing agency Strata (stratacreate.com) where I was able to overhaul their 'annual performance review' process and instead implement much more progressive and personalised Happiness Action Plans for all employees. Was (is!) a dream gig and is helping to shape a workplace culture that genuinely cares about the development and wellbeing of its people within an often high pressured industry.
