  • Few suggestions!

I would try to get everything on your main navigation (at the top) in one line. If that means reducing the size a touch or space between the lettering I think that'd help.

It can be quite difficult to see the arrows on the image slider because of the opacity, particularly on your white images. Maybe darken this a tad? Or use the blue accent colour you're using when you hover over your links.

The about me page could be a nice place for you to show the illustration of yourself that you included in your CV. It's after all, a section where we can get to know you as an individual and the person behind the beautiful art, so it'd be nice to put a face to a name!

I'd also recommend either bringing the text out of the box, or increasing the size as it's quite hard to read currently because it's squished. You might also find that using the same font as you have on the home-page under the heading "My Portfolio" might work better for legibility too.

Adding in a few buttons here and there wouldn't hurt. If the aim is to lead people toward your CV or for them to contact you, you could do this with having a button on the home and your about page for example.

(Also second Sam's suggestion more varied work would be lovely to see)

I hope that helps buddy - if you need any other help or advice just give me a shout. I'd love to provide you with some feedback as and when you need it. Good luck with the site!
  • @Sam Roberts Thankyou I'll add some more variety to my work on there. I was also thinking about the icons myself it seems like a good tool to add social media and its not on her. @Pip Jamieson
  • Possible improvement would be getting some more varied work showing in the first few images on the carousel. Also, social icons at the bottom made me think about whether there's something like that for The Dots, maybe a question for @Pip Jamieson and team.
