Piotr is a young Polish luxury fashion label built on elegance, restraint and seduction with a strong narrative of self transformation. As the founder and creative director, I lead the design and vision — and now I’m looking for a Fashion Project Manager to bring structure and clarity to the creative process.
What You’ll Do:
Own the end-to-end production timeline of our current and upcoming collections
Coordinate prototype development, fabric sourcing, production, and release planning
Set clear deadlines and follow up with suppliers, production facilities, and creative collaborators
Help organize collection drops, oversee delivery schedules, and align timing across departments
Maintain a birds-eye view of all moving parts while ensuring we stay aligned with our vision and quality
Assist in building a scalable structure as we grow (production calendar, inventory planning, etc.)
