The Curators Lab aims to encourage and support current curators in their career development and a curatorial project.
Each edition will bring together professionals from different disciplines and areas of interest to create an open environment for professional and personal growth.
Every participant will benefit from:
» Online meetings for 5 days (between January 2-13, 2023 TBC)
» An international selected group working in diverse curatorial areas
» Development of curatorial ongoing projects and group feedback
» Group debates accompanied by the coordinator
» Development of individual skills in communication, teamwork, presentation and applications
» Greater understanding and knowledge of the industry
» Development of future career plans and goals
» Expansion of professional network
Eligibility
This opportunity is for recent graduates to established professionals of all nationalities, over 21 years old, with (at least) two curatorial projects developed or industry experience. This includes the time you spent in full/part-time positions, freelancing, and internships.
The program will be conducted in English, therefore knowledge of the language is required.
In order to participate, it is very important to have a flexible time schedule and/or to be committed to attending the sessions consistently.
