Looking for a photographer for a shoot on girls' football at Salford Lads Club, Manchester on 23/10 for The Movement Movment

We're looking for a photographer for a shoot at the iconic Salford Lads Club in Manchester on the 23/10. We will be shooting the first ever girl's football team at the club in its almost 120 year history, for new indepedent magazine The Movement Movement, championing womxn/girls in a sport.

The shoot will start at 10am at a nearby training ground and move to the Lads Club itself afterwards. Should be wrapped around midday.

Photographer needs to be comfortable shooting girls on the pitch but also looking for some gritty portraits at the Lads Club itself.

This shoot will go alongside the full story on the team in the first print issue which we hope should be out early next year.

This is currently unpaid, with opportunity for paid work if we continue working together into the next issue.

If you're interested, please send your portfolio over to: hello@themovementmovement.uk

The Movement Movement is a new independent print magazine.
It is an entirely inclusive space for all women and non-binary people to celebrate movement in all its forms, from professional sport to whatever ways we move in our everyday lives.

This magazine is built to change the male-oriented, male-organised and perfectionism-obsessed narrative around sport and to give women the platform to tell their own stories on movement - whatever it means to us - for the first time in the indie mag space.
