Looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to help us realise our vision of being the leading marketplace and for user generated video
👉 Where you come in:
We’re looking for a user experience designer who has a detailed-level understanding of the relationship between website customer journeys, digital marketing and our marketplace.
You will:
Help conduct user research and testing and turn findings into meaningful and applicable insights.
Collaborate with Newsflare’s product managers, engineers, and data analysts to deliver amazing experiences for our users.
Create, develop, and enforce visual design consistency across the Newsflare brand and our design system.
Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of human centred design within the organisation.
Work closely with stakeholders right across the business to ensure the design of our digital platform is always creating value for both the user and the business.
🧑‍💻 Experience
Solid experience as a practising product designer working in both a B2B and B2C environment or other digital marketplaces.
Strong business sense and ability to exert influence when it comes to design culture and attitudes towards it right across an organisation.
A portfolio with clear case studies outlining previous design projects you have worked on prior to this point showcasing your competency and methodology.
Solid grasp of industry tools like Figma and Sketch.

You are an expert at defining, clarifying and solving design problems.
You’re experimentation-oriented – You have the ability to conduct user interviews, analyse the results research conducted, form hypotheses, test hypotheses and iterate accordingly.
You empathise with the end user and have a holistic view of the product in mind.
You know how to translate data into actionable recommendations.
