Looking for a UK based partner for a startup

Question

Looking for a UK based partner for my startup marketplace. We're not bothered if you have no work experience or degrees, we want to see your skills be it personal projects or work projects and personality.

Skill sets needed,

Coding knowledge, for both iOS and Android as well as websites.

Independent, self motivated, problem solver.

Some design basics would be useful but not essential as most of the application has already been mocked up.

Sales experience/social media marketing is a plus but not essential
