Looking for film and TV professionals that will like to join us in developing the English speaking wing of Black Seed Films :)

Question

Hi all! 
Me and my partner at Black Seed Films are based in Barcelona but work internationally. We created BSF last December and we've done our first 6-months lab which is about to finish now.

We are looking to develop the English-speaking wing of the platform to launch new programs, workshops, working groups (and whatever other wonderful ideas we can think of) over the summer towards launching in September/October 2021.

This is more of a side job for someone of african descent, who already works in the industry, knows people, likes networking and is a freelancer. We get paid based on the sucess of the projects we produce and so will this person.
