Natural Light Portrait Photographer for a Corporate shoot

Question

We are refreshing our Corporate images on our website https://www.odgersinterim.com/uk/who-we-are/people/ and looking to book a Professional Photographer to shoot 30 people ( 3 x half days / 1 full day + 1 half day).

What we are aiming for:

- Natural light portrait photographer for an outdoors shoot in London 
- 1 strong image per person, perhaps 2 images/team shot (2-3 people) for certain individuals 
- 27-30 people to shoot 
- A strong portrait that doesn't just document the physical features, but which reaches out and connects to the viewer 
- 'Personable Corporate shots' we'd like to move away from the standard ‘stiff’ corporate shot and capture each individual’s warmth, personality, alongside their professionalism and strengths in their sector
- Approximately10-20 minutes per person therefore someone that will make people feel at ease and get the best shot from a short amount of time 
- Outdoors with differing backgrounds (Recce done)
- Dimensions - a three quarter length/cowboy shot (3000 width x 2000 height) shot slightly to one side so we can include writing to the left or right of the subject. The same photo used as a Headshot (thumbnail - a square format no smaller than 450x450) 
 - Light retouching keeping the shot as natural as possible i.e. removing stray hairs, smoothing over any blemishes aren’t normally there (we prefer to address quickly on the day than rely on post)
