Seeking 3D character modellers and riggers for Goldeneye-style futuristic shooting game (no minimum experience required)

About the team and project:
. Small team collaborating in our spare time, struggling to find 3D character artists and riggers in our network
. Our first project, so not in a position to pay. Plan is to divide profits after the game is completed and sold to players (but that goal is a long way away, so please only join if you will enjoy the ride there)
. Art style similar to System Shock Remake or Prey
. Gameplay similar to Goldeneye, Perfect Dark and Timesplitters with a bit of Max Payne and Stranglehold
. Heavy stylistic and story influences from 80s/early 90s Hong Kong action cinema and sci-fi/cyberpunk media
. Most of us are based in and around London, but we welcome people from elsewhere too (happy to meet/work in person sometimes, but we mostly collaborate over Discord)

Your role:
. Receive concept art from our character designer and bring them to life in 3D
. If you can rig, discuss with the animators about any rigging preferences then rig characters as they get made
. If you are an animator, you're welcome to get in contact if you'd like to share the workload with our currently planned animator once we've got a character modeller and rigger (or more dynamic environment models)
. Rough goal of about a character a month, not super strict but as long as you're communicating and engaging then we are happy!
. I am the game designer of the project, but anyone else is welcome to suggest design and story ideas if they wish, including you!

Game progress at the time of writing this:
. Basic story is conceived
. Two main characters designed in detail with concept art (so the character designer should always be at least one character ahead of the modeller if working at a similar pace)
. Basic level designs planned with 2 or 3 levels designed and blocked out in detail (aiming for 10 levels total)
. Some environmental objects modelled for first level
. Some basic game mechanics developed and playable (but more advanced mechanics are expected before Spring)

Please contact me for more info or to show your interest, and if you have any previous work to display, even better!
