Thrive is expanding its talent team and is looking for a full time Talent Consultant to work across a broad slate of searches. The ideal candidate is someone who loves detailed research, is naturally curious, a natural communicator, a great negotiator, organised and tenacious. Our client briefs are extremely varied so you will gain insight into the inner workings of a huge range of global content businesses, agencies and platforms, whilst being supported and trained by our existing team.
