It is normal that not everyone can afford to hire a professional designer or illustrator, design professional, but if you are a person who needs to find a creative professional to solve your problem, try to talk about money first, not just so as not to waste the time of others. But to save time, to know if you can or cannot afford to pay for the services of a professional and if this is not the case you can keep looking until you find someone that suits your budget.

- Totally agree. It’s understandable that if people have never bought creative and strategic services before they won’t know how, why or what they are getting into. It’s also up to creatives to ensure they don’t undersell their talent and we all as a community explain our process and the time and expertise that goes into creating something from a blank slate. To often prospective clients think ‘design’ is finding assets and styling something out. Often it’s best you get a client who has tried that and failed then come to you because they realise it ain’t that easy! Think talk money but explain the steps you go through.
