- @Niya Raeside Hi, thanks for getting in touch, some lovely stuff on your site! I think the business will want someone to be on the books (I don't think we have any retained freelancers in any other role) as an employee, and I think it would be valuable as the workload is constant and we want to develop the offer and push it forward. And the person would be my boss; I'm not sure how that would work in terms of them being freelance. Feel free to go to Amanda, the (internal) recruiter with how you would want it to work though, she's lovely and I'm sure would consider it.

- @Ali Can Elagöz I don't think so, we are currently working on a hybrid basis of being in the office 3 days each week, with the rest remote if you choose. But you can always get in touch with the recruiter and ask!
