We're approaching the half-year point - how does that make you feel?

Goooooood evening all.
Pinch punch, first of the month, and all that.
In fact, that's this week's question:

As we're almost in the middle of the year, how does this make you feel?

Are you freaking out about how quickly it's gone? Are you on progress for where you wanted to be? Are you ahead, or haven't really even thought about planning out goals for the year? Are you just pretty relaxed, and enjoying the flow?

Share your thoughts on the year so far, and how you might use this midpoint moment to think about the next six months.

  • To be honest, not that different. I've had my first vaccine jab with the second one likely to be early August. Initially I felt like I might venture a little more back into the world, then all the news of variants (Indian, Delta, Kent) started popping up, along with inevitable third wave news. It dampened my spirits. As such I am pretty much just plodding along at home, and have been since March 2020.
  • I am shocked we are nearly at the half year point! :-o

I guess there has been so much watching and waiting. Waiting for the world to start again. I'm not sure if that's a good thing?

We've been beavering away in the background, but there is much uncertainty in the air!
  • Honestly, I’m in the middle of everything. (Very fitting to your question haha) Excited and nervous to be finishing university as well as starting my career. Ready to get out the house more but still very wary of the pandemic. And in the midst of planning for months ahead while at the same time wanting to just relax and go with whatever happens?
  • Feels good so far with progress made in my new post but worried about the 6 month review in about a month. Hope all goes well for everyone too
