We’re looking for a talented Video Producer to join our fast-paced and ambitious team, at an exciting time for online and hybrid events.

The RSA Public Events Programme is a powerful public resource, bringing important social, cultural, political and economic issues to a global audience, attracting world-class speakers and facilitating debate on the most urgent challenges facing society. RSA Events feature on our popular YouTube channel, which has over 730,000 subscribers worldwide. This is a key role within the team, with responsibility for RSA public events filming, livestreaming and video production, and for the creative production of the RSA’s award-winning animation series, RSA Shorts.

We are looking for someone with substantial experience of video production and online engagement. You will have expertise in multi-camera filming, video live-streaming and vision mixing (using vMix), as well as an eye for fresh developments in online and hybrid events, and a genuine enthusiasm for creative social media and digital content that educates, informs and inspires, from video to podcasts to animations.

You will be technically capable, a natural communicator and a strong project manager, who can drive forward independent projects as well as working collaboratively as part of a busy team. You will have a keen interest in the aims and values of the RSA. Working in the Public Events team on a dynamic and high-profile programme, you will make a key contribution to our global impact.

The public programme consists of digital-first and hybrid events, and the postholder will be required to work from the office at least 2-3 days per week.
