About You:

You’re an exceptionally organized, multitasking, detail-oriented team player with a warm, positive attitude.

You’re looking to make yourself an indispensable part of a fast-growing company in the advertising/music/post-production space.

You’re experienced in managing creative production projects (preferably in the music realm), and thrive in a fast-paced environment that offers a ton of opportunity for growth.

Your communication skills are next-level, and interfacing with our agency and brand clients will feel like second nature to you.

What You'll Do:

-Communicate with agency and brand clients regarding project scope, creative, budgets & timelines

-Project admin: Prepare bids, process PO’s and invoices, draft license agreements and music rights agreements, AFM talent contracts, PRO registration prep, new vendor packets, etc.

-Coordinate and schedule project creative calls with clients and in-house creative teams, take & distribute call notes

-Work with creative directors on talent needs and availability

-Data entry: Add clients, talent, fees, media, creative decks/scripts & other info into database

-General office management & client services

Skills and Qualifications:

-2+ years experience in creative project management in advertising, music, or post production

-Strong organizational, management, and communication skills

-Aptitude for accuracy and detail

-Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

-Positive attitude and a solution-oriented approach
