We're looking for a creative partner experienced in experiential design & spatial planning to collaborate on a 1200 person conference in May

You would work with our team to craft the attendee journey across a series of events across Toronto, culminating in a 2 day, content lead conference. The work includes concepting and developing multiple spaces from stages to breakout areas, to experiential activations to media lounges. The team we aim to embed into our agency will be used to managing multiple work streams and deliverables, delivering conceptual thinking across a broad subject matter, visualising their thoughts clearly with the use of moodboards, sketches & 3D models, with an understanding fabrication challenges.
