What helps you to prioritize?

- I highly recommend Sunsama, for time blocking. Very good app!
- Apps like Todoist as they help you prioritise tasks, using a traffic light system.
- I guess it always comes down to how your brain is wired. I'm going along the lines of the following:- long term planning (monthly, quarterly, annual, always tied to business goals etc...)- daily planning: each morning look at the 3 items that really need to be done today. focus on these first. the rest appears as a nice add-on.- release bottlenecks (and then figure out how the bottleneck can be avoided in the future)- let go of perfectionism.- don't create in a silo. get feedback in early.
- Vision strategy broken down into OKRs and rocksGoal for the month, week - be realisticFocus on managing energy not time - this has been game changing for me (as a previous productivity nerd)
- Being a parent and short on time!!!Maybe you can challenge yourself with limited time?
- Trello
