- https://readymag.com is pretty good
- Hello @Aleksandra Radota, I agree with Jazmine the portfolio is an evolving identity.Today it is plural and you can craft it in multiple places. If you want sure-mesure customization, for me Webflow is powerful (a little expensive).I am on webflow, you can go deep into the start of building a brand.. Ready mag works great and offers cool templates as well.Semplice is chic!. Instagram solely used as a portfolio. Simple! Notion used for portfolio buildingAs you grow your personal brand, the upgrade will choose a more robust platform.I hope it helps.
- Think you should “Think outside the square space.”
- Canva
- @Gavin Kemp Semplice it's a great choice! I'm currently moving my website from Adobe Portfolio to Semplice. (Wordpress running at Hostinger)
- If you have an Adobe acount, Behance lets you have a free website that pulls from your Behance acount. My portfolio is robsenior.co.uk and behance is behance.net/robsenior you can see how I've used some sets and turned others off. Good luck!
- Hi Aleksandra,The age-old question right there!I'd love to direct you to a holy grail site, though I truly believe the best option to create a portfolio is unique to each creative.I feel it's also important to remember that your portfolio isn't a fixed thing it'll change and evolve with you, so avoid stressing over it too much.A few things which can help direct your choice are:+ budget+ time-scale+ web design experienceFrom personal experience, if you are looking for something simple but effective I'd recommend Adobe Portfolio. If you're looking for more versatility and customisation with your web design then it's probably not the one - but if you already have an adobe subscription then it may already be included in what you pay for, which is great if you're on a budget.Hope you find the right fit for you!
- Squarespace
- Definetly Squarespace! Really easy to use
- Cargo
- Squarespace is brilliant for photography portfolios. So, so easy to use.
- Hi AleksandraI'm looking seriously at buying Semplice and getting hosting seperatly, that way all the assets including the software are in my control. And for example I can pick the hosting where I know upload times for viewers are very quick.BestGavin
- Cargo all the way :)
- if you just want to showcase your portfolio i would try out adobe portfolio its very cheap aswell
- I quite like Wix. Cargo is also quite good (they have really cool templates) but more expensive
