What is Your best quality that has served You well in Your field?

Know Yourself (I'm interested in everyone's opinion with no restriction to particular professions)

  • Agree with all the organised people here, if you're in a small team with lots of deadlines it's so important that everyone can efficiently work together and rely on one another.
  • For me, being nice to people (no one likes an arsehole), and being organised, haha.
  • Thoroughness and my ability to learn/pick up anything on the spot. especially helpful since I've worked within tiny teams of 2-5 people!
  • Awesome input so far, thank You so much for sharing Your strengths. Probably not my best quality, as I'm still working on it, but definitely listening has served me well in all fields where I've operated to date. Would be nice to hear from others in the community.
  • Being a nice person to work with. Being organised and reliable. Oh and doing a good job!
  • For me personally being a wierd turned into my advantage by getting older. Obviously been an on and off painful joruney to accept it but at some point it just happened to turn out the possible best option.

  • Mine is definitely humour. When I am tense I can lose it, and I make more risk-averse, conservative and not very creative decisions. When I have it (which is a natural state for me) I am more creative, more nimble, and am more able to inspire teams (including clients). Also I am a firm believer in humour being core to great relationships – be that with your co-workers or clients.
  • I'm an empath and I tend to put myself in other people's shoes, it really facilitates communication and also get the best out of people you work with. I believe all humans are connected and being nice and understanding is just a form of self respect that goes a long way. It helps to build genuine and long lasting relationship which is the basis of my job.
  • It sounds a little strange, but I’ve been told mine is patience.

I’m pretty happy with that! Haha.
