  • Social Fixt’s CV speed dating event was great !
  • A 'Hive Collective' meet-up on goal-setting: https://www.hivecollectivelondon.com
Incredibly uplifting way to start the week.
  • The DMA host regular events around the country to inject the grey matter with more colourful thinking. There was a good one about Great British Creativity a few months back that I attended. Check out dma.org.uk/events
  • hey Pip, I have been to a talk is Shorditch House:

most inspiring topic? Unlearn what you have learn to relearn and be always relevant with your era. Not take as granted what you have learn as sometimes is not relevant anymore. Not be scared to unlear and open your mind to learn new things on different topics were you might be an expert.

    Also, an other talk:

Unconsious Bias by Femi Otitoju, a leading equality and human rights activist and Training Director for the Challenge Consultancy which she founded in 1985.

    I hope it helps!

  • I designed and launched Travellar (www.travellar.app) this year and I absolutely loved the whole creative process
  • Hey Pip - I created TBD Lates with this exactly in mind due to recent events and the foreseeable future. TBD Lates is the sister event to TBD Conference happening earlier that day (Dec 6). The theme is curiosity and the line-up is stellar! We have a SiFu master (also happens to be Wellness Master at Leon), a TEDx confidence expert, Be More Pirate folks, Female-led startup founders who are changing industries and more. Plus you get to do some discount shopping and be fed/watered! Would it be possible to partner in some way with The Dots?
More info: www.thetbdconference.com/lates - would be great to meet you regardless sometime.
  • IPSE at Kings Cross had this inspirational speaker that made realise I have all the skills I need. I just needed the confidence to do them. I’d like to see more of those.
  • I recently attended the Screen Skills in Leeds. which was great especially as there's not many events like this in the North West of Englad... everything seems to concentrate on London. The ornaginesr webiste: https://www.screenskills.com/
