  • Hi Olexandr,

I would say confidence is a difficult hurdle to overcome. When I first started, I was incredibly shy so it was difficult for me to even speak up. I didn't say what I needed to, so I ended up getting pushed to the back (metaphorically)! Slowly, I gained confidence and this has helped me in my career. I can communicate with ease, with clients and team! Communication is key for most things in life.

    I hope this helps. :-)
  • I once worked on a cultural project which ran wildly over budget.
    What I learned to discuss:
What is the motivation behind taking on this brief?
Are the client/agency roles clearly defined?
Is this a good creative fit?
What kind of agency does the client need; consultancy, creative, execution?
How can we best help the client articulate what they have in mind?
    Ask hard projects tough questions.
  • Hello Olexandr,

I found the hardest projects when I have to deal with someone full on narcissist / insecure on the top. The ask for the most amends with lots of back and forth, having incredibly subjective take on things without really having a think about what is the possible best for the brand / company overall.
