    • Skills and expertise: I want content creators to be proficient with the software and tools required and be able to meet my specific needs.
    • Communication and Collaboration Skills: I want content creators to be able to articulate their ideas clearly and be able to work effectively with others.
    • Ethics: I expect the Content Creator to deliver high-quality work on time and to meet my expectations.
