    This companies that are having open and transparent conversations are winning right now.

    They’re stating their intent on what the future looks like, engaging with their people and LISTENING to the learnings gained over the last 18 months.

    From that, they’re finding meaningful ways to bring those great learnings to bear and testing and learning at pace to make them happen.

    They’re evolving their approach, staying open to possibilities and not making any overly rash decisions without evidence.

    We can’t predict the future of work but we can shape it to be how we want it.

    I’m working with several organisations at the moment who are really focussed on the best ways to do this and this is how they’re winning.
