This session, initially designed at the start of Lockdown 1 as part of an initiative called COVIDCalm which was designed to help healthcare professionals around the world to help manage stress and anxiety and a highly pressured time.

During this session, qualified coach and movement and martial arts specialist David Brown will guide us through 5 stress management exercises including Centring, Stretching and Tapping, Mindfulness, Empathic Sharing and Gratitude. You'll leave feeling calmer, more in control, and with invaluable tools to tap into whenever stress levels rise.
