In this new strand, WFTV Chair, Liz Tucker, interviews leading talent managers and heads of departments from broadcasters and indies to give the audience a unique insight into what they need to do to secure their dream job.

In this week’s event, Liz will be joined by Anouk Berendsen, Head of Talent and Tamara Durnford, Talent Manager, who work together at all3media. They will discuss the sorts of talent that they are looking for, what you need to include on your CV and the experience applicants need to have to get a job at all3media; and if they don’t have the right background what can they do to get that experience.

The session will finish with a Q &A for attendees.
