Organised by Utopia

This 90 minute virtual workshop digs deeper into what changes people can make to create a less masculine culture and how behaviours need to be changed. It is broken down into two areas:

SELF - We will explore what needs to change (in terms of language, behaviour and feelings) and which ones to continue to cultivate an inclusive culture.

ALLYSHIP - In this section we will explore the importance of allyship and how men can help everyone feel more included as well feeling safer.

Key take-outs:
  • A much better understanding of the negative impact of the current culture on everyone
  • Key tips on how to become a better ally to gender equality
  • Actionable changes that you can make immediately

This 90 minute virtual workshop is facilitated by Daniele Fiandaca, Co Founder, Utopia & Token Man and Wangu Chafuwa, Change-Enabler, Utopia
